Great Britain begin their World Championship (Division 1B) campaign today as they take on Croatia in the tournament’s first game.
The two sides go head-to-head at 12:30pm UK time, before Estonia play Korea and hosts Netherlands face Lithuania.
GB spent yesterday going through their final preparations, which included an intensive morning training session
Head coach, Pete Russell, said: “Croatia will be very good indeed, they have a great team.
“We didn’t do so well against them last year but we know what to expect this time around.
“The boys are prepared and ready to go. I am sure they are nervous and excited but I would be more worried if they weren’t.
“We will aim to play with high intensity and play with passion.
“We have a long week ahead and we just take it period by period, game by game, and see where it takes us.”
