Great Britain were beaten 2-0 by Spain in their opening game at the Under-18 Women’s Four Nations in Poznan.
Great Britain Under-18 Women face hosts Poland, as well as Iceland and Spain, in the annual four-team competition from 11th to 13th November.

After a memorable run to the gold-medal game in the nine-team tournament in Istanbul, they were beaten 3-1 by Spain who are promoted to Division 1.
Ellin Rees scored the winner in the extra period after netminder Emma Nichols had saved a Netherlands penalty shot with just over a minute remaining in normal time.
GB now face the Netherlands on Sunday and need a victory to stand a chance of playing for the gold medal and promotion.
