ALLEN ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT FROM INTERNATIONAL ICE HOCKEY
Great Britain captain Saffron Allen has announced her retirement from international ice hockey.
The 27-year-old, who won 52 caps for her country, made her GB debut on 4th April 2011 against Denmark at the IIHF Women’s World Championship Division II in Caen.
CHANGES TO GB WOMEN’S MANAGEMENT TEAM
Great Britain have made changes to the manager roles of the women’s teams.
Claire Rowbotham steps up from the U18s and has been appointed manager of the senior women, while Sarah Hutchinson takes up the position as manager of GB U18 Women.
