GB U20’s Squad For Lions Game

Great Britain Under-20s have named their squad for Tuesday’s match with Nottingham Lions at the National Ice Centre.

The game, which will take place at 7:30pm in the Olympic Rink, is part of GB’s preparations for the World Championship (Division 1B) in Megeve, France.

GB U20s head coach, Tom Watkins, said: “This is by no means our finished squad for the World Championship.

“There are obviously some players playing abroad and every place is still up for grabs.

“What this game will do, however, is give the coaching staff a good chance to see players in match action.

“This will form part of an extensive two-day camp as we gear up our preparations ahead of the tournament.”

All tickets are priced at just £3 and can be purchased from the NIC box office on the night of the game, with all proceeds going to Special Olympics Nottinghamshire.
