Great Britain Women have announced their captaincy team for the World Championship in Dumfries this week.
Saffon Allen has been named as captain with Jodie Bloom and Kim Lane appointed alternate captains.
GB will face Australia, DPR Korea, Mexico, Slovenia and Spain this week in the Division II Group A tournament at the Dumfries Ice Bowl this week.
Allen said: “I am so honoured to be named captain of the team.
“To represent GB is a privilege and to lead these fantastic group of girls will be very special.”
Bloom said: “We have a fantastic roster so to be part of the captaincy team is a dream come true.
“I am so proud to wear the GB shirt and to have this responsibility on home ice is an honour.”
Lane said: “Being named an alternate captain is special and an amazing responsibility.
“We have a great group of girls and we are looking forward to the week ahead.”
