Great Britain had a near perfect start to the IIHF Women’s World Championship Division II Group A in Jaca, Spain, defeating Chinese Taipei 8-0 on Sunday.
Angela Taylor has replaced James Ashton as the new Head Coach of Great Britain Under-18 Women.
Ashton, who has stepped down because of work commitments, had been in charge since August 2020 after his previous role of Assistant Coach of Great Britain Women.
Great Britain’s hopes of promotion are over after they were beaten 4-3 by hosts Romania in the IIHF Under-20 World Championship Division II Group A in Brasov.
