Amy Trueman has been called up to the GB U18 Women squad for next month’s World Championship tournament in Austria.
Trueman comes off the reserve list and replaces Jessica Urquhart, who is injured.
GB will take part in the Division 1 Qualification tournament, which runs from 7th to 11th January 2016.
They will be based in Radenthein and will take on Italy, Poland and Australia in Group B.
Coach, Michelle Smith, said: “It is a real shame that Jessica will miss out because of injury.
“She is a really talented player and her time will come again.
“But Amy was unlucky to miss out on the squad in the first place and I know she will do a top job.
“She is a great player and is an excellent addition to our squad.”
