Great Britain Under-20s head coach Tom Watkins has confirmed his captaincy team for the upcoming World Championship in France.
Nottingham Panthers forward Ollie Betteridge will captain the team, with the Milton Keynes Lightning pair of Lewis Hook and Luc Johnson named as his assistants.
GB, who won the Division 2A gold medal last year, begin their Division 1B tournament in Megeve on Saturday with a game against Slovenia.
Watkins said: “We have three very experienced players on our captaincy team for the World Championship in France.
“They all have great qualities and they are very respected amongst the squad.
“They have all had previous World Championship experience and I think that is important too.”
Betteridge said: “I am very proud to be leading Great Britain in a World Championship tournament.
“We have a great group of guys and we are just looking forward to getting on the ice now.”
