Great Britain completed the Under-18 Women’s Division I Group B tournament in Katowice with a 4-1 victory over Australia.
It means GB – who were promoted to this level in 2025 – retain their Division I status for 2027.
Australia went ahead when Annika Schmitz was left all alone in the slot (10:45), before GB equalised on the powerplay as Miley Draisey put away a loose puck in the slot following a goalmouth scramble (12:21).
Strong work by Milla Pironi on the right set-up Izabela Zdziesinska who dug the puck out the top of the crease to put GB ahead (26:24).
Rebecca Voslinsky cut inside off the left-wing and made it 3-1 with a neat backhand finish (44:34).
GB sealed their win when Evie Tindale stole the puck to break clear and her deflected pass fell to Voslinsky to score her second of the game (55:06).
