GB Women 0-6 Norway
An extraordinary five-point performance from Lena Schroeder powered Norway to a commanding 6–0 victory over Great Britain, securing the bronze medal at the inaugural World Para Ice Hockey Women’s World Championships.
It’s now a win and a defeat for GB in the four-team tournament with a final game against hosts Estonia to come tomorrow (Saturday).
All 3 of the on-ice leadrship team were a part of the GB team that took part in GB’s first tournament, the Women’s World Challenge in Green Bay in August 2022.
The GB Futures flew in for a pre-tournament training camp which started on Monday ahead of tomorrow’s opening game with HS Riga.
