Norway claim the bronze medal at the WPIH Women's Norway claim the bronze medal at the WPIH Women's Championships in Dolny Kubin, Slovakia. Great Britain take 4th place in the first ever Women's Championships - the first step to the sport entering the Winter Paralympics.

Last day of the inaugural WPIH Women's Championshi Last day of the inaugural WPIH Women's Championships, and GB play for the Bronze Medal at 2.30pm UK Time. They will face Norway, whilst the final game of the tournamnet will see Canada and USA battle for Gold.
The tournament has been a massive success with a lot of interest from the local community as well as the wider Paralympic movement, and it marks the next step to get the Women's game into the winter Paralympics in 2030.

Great Britain will play for the Bronze Medal against Norway.
The head of the International Paralympic Committee is here for the Final, which will also be shown live on Slovakian TV.
Congratulations to GB Para Athlete Stacey Quirk, w Congratulations to GB Para Athlete Stacey Quirk, who makes her 100th International appearance for her country today when GB Para Women take on USA in the semi-finals of the World Para Ice Hockey Women's Championships.
Stacey has represented her country in Sitting Volleyball, Amputee Football (including Captaining the team at the World Cup last year) aswell as GB Men's and GB Women's Para Ice Hockey.
