GAME 4: GREAT BRITAIN v USA

Great Britain meet the USA this afternoon in their fourth game at the 2022 IIHF World Championship in Finland.

The two sides go head-to-head the Nokia Arena in Tampere at 16:20 (14:20 UK time).

GB go into the game on the back of Tuesday’s 6-0 defeat by Sweden, while the USA have had two days off following their 4-1 defeat by hosts Finland on Monday.

Great Britain have a fully-fit 25-man squad to choose from for their second game against the USA in four years.

Mark Richardson makes his 98th appearance and becomes the most-capped GB defenceman of all-time.

Defencemen Jon Merrill is set to make his first senior USA appearance.

He trained for the first time yesterday after arriving in Tampere on Tuesday evening.
