Paul Swindlehurst, Ben Lake and Brett Perlini were all on target as GB continued their preparations for next month’s World Championship in Slovakia in fine style.

Great Britain were beaten 5-2 by Italy in a thrilling international challenge game at the Skydome in Coventry.
GB twice came from behind with Luke Ferrara and Ollie Betteridge on target but Italy scored three third-period goals, including an empty-netter, to win the game.

GB to report for training camp this evening

GB will take to the ice this evening for their first session together as they begin preparations for the World Championship in Slovakia next month.

David Clarke and Hep Tindale have been inducted into the UK Ice Hockey Hall of Fame.
Each year, the Hall of Fame selection committee recognises individuals – usually players but also coaches, match officials and administrators – who have rendered outstanding service to British ice hockey.
